Today we evolve and embrace a fresh, new, timeless, inclusive, and modern look that respects our rich curling history and proudly represents our identity going forward.
The Name
We will now be known as… Port Perry Curling. A name that no longer portrays an exclusive “club”, we embrace and welcome everyone in our community to enjoy the sport of curling, social activities, and corporate events. Our new name will now appear on all communication and marketing materials.
The Colours
A fresh and bold new colour palette uses select blues and green to represent the water, the land, the island, and the sky. These colours are also widely rooted within the identity of Scugog Township.
The Rock
This core element of our new brand with its unique “waves" travelling through the rock signify the waters of Lake Scugog and its winding rivers and creeks.
The Rings
The white “P” embraces the rock and ties the sport of curling with the Port Perry community. The separate green ring section is a unique design element that helps capture the upward direction of the curling rock and future of Port Perry Curling.
Implementation Plan
Our website and social media platforms have been updated with the new brand and colours. Over the next few months, we will continue to phase-in our new identity, including new signage and curling rings in time for 25/26 season.
