REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be granted if the cancellation occurs before start of league play, less a $25 administration fee.
Once league play has begun, a 50% refund will be granted if the cancellation occurs within the first 6 weeks of curling, less a $25 administrative fee. No refund will be given after the first 6 weeks of the schedule.
Refunds will not be provided for locker rental fees, prize fees or Pot of Gold.
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing/email to the appropriate league representative or member of the Board of Directors.
Exceptions may be considered by the board in cases of extenuating circumstances, and a written response will be clearly communicated to the member. The Board decision is final.
